Article 2: Subject

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions kumicat.com the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's kumicat.com website.

Article 4: General Provisions

4.1. The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery of the contractual product on kumicat.com website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address specified by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3. SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

4.4. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the product to the BUYER and the failure to deliver the ordered product to the BUYER .

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the product is delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address specified by the BUYER.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER within 14 days via e-mail or telephone as specified in Article 1.1 of this contract.

5.3. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the BUYER is obliged to send the product back to the SELLER within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification of withdrawal.

5.4. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date on which the notice of withdrawal is received.

5.5. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER if it is sent with a cargo company contracted by the SELLER.

Article 6: Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are prepared at the BUYER's request or clearly in line with his/her personal needs and are not suitable for return, single-use products, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or whose expiration date has passed , goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and goods whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

In this context, returns of cat litter products that have been opened, used or lost their hygienic quality are not accepted.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared annually by the Ministry of Trade, and in case of disputes exceeding this value, Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.

Article 8: Entry into Force

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon payment of an order placed through the website. The SELLER is obligated to ensure that the BUYER reads this agreement on the website and obtains and keeps a copy of it before the order is placed.
